Raw Talent Academy’s Founder and Director, former Apprentice Winner Lee McQueen, is the newest recruit to the Recruitment Buzz panel.
The panel, which answers topical questions about the recruitment industry already features the likes of APSCo’s CEO Ann Swain, CV Library’s Managing Director Lee Biggins and Evenbase’s Product Development Manager Darren Sher.
The panel has already covered topics including video screening, the future of mobile recruitment, and discussions focussing on the effect on the recruitment industry of the UK leaving the EU.
McQueen founded Raw Talent Academy in 2010 after growing frustrated by the lack of fresh talent entering the sales and recruitment industry. Drawing on his experiences from the Apprentice and working with Lord Sugar – as well as over a decade in the recruitment industry – McQueen created a solution to showcase the wider talent available in the UK that is often overlooked.
McQueen commented on joining the panel saying, “I am delighted to become a part of the panel and look forward to sharing my views on some of the challenges the recruitment industry is facing in the near future. As a Director of an innovative recruitment business these are challenges I am acutely aware of and I am keen to hear the views of my fellow professionals on these subjects.”
