CEDAR International, specialists in individual team and organisational development have introduced a number of organisational changes in response to recent growth of its business streams. CEDAR work with 42 of the FTSE top 100 and are a member of the BPI Group with 1,000 consultants worldwide.

CHRIS JOHNSON has been promoted to Managing Director of Career Transition and is responsible for CEDARís Career Transition (outplacement) and Career Management divisions.

IAN GORDON has been promoted to Managing Director of Development and is responsible for CEDARís Executive Coaching, Learning & Development and Organisation Transition divisions.

ALISON BAKER has been promoted to Associate Director in recognition of her contribution to the Learning and Development division.

MARTA MATAJZ has been promoted to the newly created role of Head of Client Liaison and Research.

JULIE WOOTTON has been promoted to take the role of Head of Excellence for Career Counselling and will continue to push the innovation and thinking in this arena.

JACKIE WHITE has been promoted to Projects and Resources Manager in recognition of her significant commitment and energy and the increasingly central role that this area plays in the business.

CLIVE GRAHAM has been promoted to Consultant in recognition of the transition he has made over the past 12 months to a consultant role and his support for Career Transition and Career Management projects .
