Aon Consulting is pleased to announce the appointment of Helen Dowsey as principal in the Benefits Solutions division. Helen has been appointed to lead Aonís trust and contract-based defined contribution (DC) consulting services as the company significantly boosts its DC offering.
A senior industry figure with over twenty yearsí DC experience, Helen joins from her previous post as Senior Consultant at Watson Wyatt. Helen brings with her a strong track record of delivering innovative consulting services and first class client relationship management.
Helen joins at a time when Aon has invested heavily in the design and implementation of DC services to ensure that the company leads the way in terms of innovation and client service.
She will be responsible for managing and developing DC consulting services, as well as client relationship management and driving business development, with particular emphasis on targeting the top end of the market. Helen will also take lead responsibility for developing pan-European pension solutions for international clients and is chairing the DC Global Governance committee.
Helen will focus Aonís DC division on the critical issues facing companies that provide DC pensions, including communications, governance and annuity purchases.
