Each of the Pacesetter finalists must be privately held; have their headquarters in the metro Atlanta area; have 2005 revenue between $1 million and $300 million; and register a two-year growth in sales of more than 50 percent. Each of the companies was ranked by a growth index formula consisting of both revenue and employee growth.
