Antal International short listed for award

Antal International Network, Europeís largest privately owned franchisor of executive recruitment services, has been selected as a finalist in the 2006 BFA Franchisor of the Year Awards to be held at the Dorchester Hotel in May. This is the third consecutive year they have made the finals; in both 2004 and 2005 they were voted the Runners-Up in the HSBC Award for Enterprise.

This year, they are one of three finalists in the British Franchise Association and Daily Express Brand Builder of the Year award category. There are currently over 730 franchisors in the UK and to be elected as a finalist in what is a very competitive environment clearly speaks volumes as to the calibre of the business. No other franchisor of recruitment has made the final for 2 years running let alone 3.

Over the years Antal International has rapidly built a network of wholly owned and owner-managed offices across the globe operating under a single brand and delivering excellence to their clients. The award recognises companies who have been successful delivering strategies to generate a measurable increase in brand awareness. This year they are expecting to expand into the AsiaPac regions as well as Indian Sub-continent as well as new locations in Europe and the Middle East.

The British Franchise Association’s Awards are sponsored by Express Newspapers and HSBC Bank plc. This year the theme for the awards is The role that franchisees play in establishing a corporate identity and that benefits everyone in the network and is designed to highlight how franchisors and franchisees working in concert drive and the develop the brand to the betterment of all in the network as opposed to just concentrating on their own micro-vision.
