Global management recruiters Antal International have announced an acceleration of their planned regional expansion in Russia.
Only weeks ahead of their exhibiting at the Russian Economic Forum in London on 23-25 April, headhunters Antal have attributed the acceleration to increased numbers of clients investing in the regions.
Antalís Chairman and CEO, Tony Goodwin commented, ìWe are seeing a higher than expected demand for our services in the regional areas which has led us to up the pace of office openings. Our first regional office outside Moscow in Ekaterinburg has performed exceptionally well in the first quarterî
Tremayne Elson, Managing Partner for Russia and CIS said ìWe are not seeing heady rushes for market share at any costs, instead the business, economic and legislative environment is far more conducive to foreign investment than ever before and what were previously seen as risky moves, outside the ìsafeî haven of Moscow, are now essential to tapping the natural and human capital resources, wealth and consumer market that Russia now offers the world.î
Earlier this year Antal established a regional office in Ekaterinburg and has now brought forward plans for Novosibirsk, Samara, St Petersburg and Yuzhno-Sakhlinsk by 6 months.
