Angela Mortimer plc, Europeís quality support staff recruitment agency, today announces that Lucy Chamberlain and Rachel Jones are being made equity partners of their own companies under the terms of its ìNew Deal.î The two business leaders will be made equity holders of their own subsidiary companies, operating under the Angela Mortimer plc umbrella.

Angela Mortimer awards the equity partnership deal to consultants whose divisions bill in excess of 1 million in any given year. Lucy and Rachel achieved this status in this year after just 3 years with the company.

ìWhat we have set out to do is to empower individuals with the resources, support and backing to enable them to achieve unlimited earnings,î says John Mortimer, CEO. ìLucy and Rachel have consistently performed well. They have grown their teams and demonstrated the necessary leadership qualities and business acumen to run their own businesses. I wish them every success for continued growth and development in the years to come. ì

ìThe career and earnings opportunities in the company are outstanding,î says Rachel. ìWhilst other firms may lose their best talent to the competition or create natural competitors by losing their top people, Iím delighted to remain firmly within the company which has given me the opportunity to grow and develop to this level.î

ìThe way the company functions, means that I was able to take full responsibility for my own success and career,î comments Lucy Chamberlain. ìItís a great blend of autonomy and corporate backing which makes the career path at Angela Mortimer compelling for ambitious individuals.î
