Alan Rommel joined Parity at the end of 1993 and since then he has steadily developed his career and actively contributed to many of the organisationís achievements. Most recently, he has been leading the public sector recruitment operation, strengthening Parityís position in the market with many successes; amongst these, the win of two supplier awards through the Catalist Framework Agreement, and taking the business to the top of the suppliersí list in IT and project & programme management services within the framework.
The company has now decided to trust into Rommelís hands the whole recruitment business, promoting him to managing director. ìThis appointment recognises the talent that Parity nurtures and also illustrates the commitment of the organisation to reward success with real opportunities for developmentî, says Parity Group CEO Alwyn Welch.
