Actonomy xMP: Candidate matching as recruiters are expecting

Actonomy has announced the new release of xMP, offering comprehensive matching and searching results based on criteria that really count for a recruiter. With xMP, querying and matching are no longer based on simple keywords, but on a total view of both the candidate profile and the job profile.

With xMP, matching becomes a process that understands the real context in which a candidate is required and that even predicts the ëmatchí between jobs and candidates. A qualitative list of ranked candidates is the result, no overload but only the ones that suit the job requirements.

Actonomy xMP is available as a toolkit for rapid integration in existing environments. It is available as a Java based platform that integrates with any existing relational database. xMP is available as a layer integrated with the application or as a webservice called by the application.
