Accreditation for IT Contractors

Certes Computing has launched a new scheme to recognise high performing IT contractors, called Certes Accredited IT Professionals. The scheme has been developed in collaboration with a number of Certesí key clients keen to gain access to IT professionals who can demonstrate a very strong track record of success and achievement.

Commenting about the new scheme Simon Churan, Managing Director of Certes Computing said ìOur clients are always looking for more streamlined ways of on boarding IT Contractors without jeopardising the quality of the skills fit they need, and this scheme is another means they can use to speed up the process, knowing they have the assurance of proven achievement, clients donít need to invest in lengthy interview processes. And for IT contractors the scheme offers them a means of differentiation that can positively support the development of their contracting career.î

Candidates can qualify for the award following completion of 12 continuous months on contract via Certes, during which time they need to have received outstanding client references and have been recognised by the client as delivering extra value to their business beyond their initial expectations.

Contractors awarded Accredited IT Professional status, have the special accreditation mark added to their CV which is clearly visible to recruiting managers who will know that this represents a candidate with a proven high performance track record. In addition contractors will receive a signed Certificate and a voucher to redeem 25% discount on IT training to support their continuous professional development.
