The service offers a very simple search and job application process for candidates with the functionality to review applications via internal reporting. The simplicity of the website offers a clean look and feel as well as excellent performance for candidate searches. There is an open communications layer for candidates – all details from the recruiter which are given in a posting are disclosed on the open click of an employment opportunity.
From the perspective of the Recruiter a company has full financial flexibility when it comes to budgeting. PingITJobs has a simple Pay-Per-Click model - each click costs 12 pence.
Recruiters are required to post a “Fund Balance” and from there, they are free to post as many jobs as they see fit. Opportunities do not expire, they can be edited, updated and financially capped so that they have certainty as to a maximum spend amount on each posting.
Funds which are not used can be withdrawn at any time thus offering Recruitment companies of all sizes to benefit from PingITJobs services at a fraction of the cost of competitors.
