PRAXIS is delighted to announce the addition of Steve Bailey to the team. Steve joins PRAXIS as Head of Practice for the Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Transport and Logistics Sectors. He has overall responsibility for the continued development of these Sectors.
With a long career in Human Resources, Steve originally worked in the Automotive Industry with Austin-Rover before moving into specialist technical recruitment and then into management consultancy with both Deloitte Haskins Sells and Ernst & Young, where he led their Midlands-based search and selection practices.
From 1993 until recently, he successfully developed and managed his own Recruitment and Human Resource Consultancy company - Alexander Associates.
Steve has an Honours Degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath and is also qualified in the use of Psychometric Assessment techniques.
