Niche jobboard Top-Consultant.com has launched a competition open to anyone involved in Management Consultancy recruitment.

In a quest to generate the ultimate checklist of blunders that candidates must avoid making during the recruitment process, niche job board Top-Consultant.com has this week launched a competition open to anyone involved in Management Consultancy recruitment. And up for grabs are a year’s free advertising on Top-Consultant’s US and UK job boards.

Commenting on the launch of the competition, Top-Consultant Director Tony Restell commented:

By launching this competition, we want to encourage recruiters to share with readers their experiences of screening candidates’ CVs and interviewing shortlist candidates. We are looking for both humourous and serious entries - insights that will ultimately help candidates to identify some of the pitfalls they need to avoid during the recruitment process. The entries will form the basis of a feature article we will be writing later this year - and the competition gives recruiters the chance to vent their frustrations at some of the elementary errors they see candidates making on a day-by-day basis.

The competition, thought to be the first of its kind within the management consultancy sector, is offering a bounty of prizes with a total value in excess of 8,000 ($13,000).
