EFM Leader Enters Q1 with Massive Penetration in the North American Market

Vovici, the provider of Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM), today announces that its online survey services and software are being utilized in 58 percent of the U.S. Fortune 500 companies. Enterprises across the financial services, entertainment, shipping, retail and petroleum industries are benefitting from the feedback garnered from their community base ñ including employees, customers and partners.

Most notably within this highly sought after market segment, Vovici is working with 10 of the nationís largest banks; 4 of the largest financial services companies; 5 of the largest entertainment companies; 4 of the largest telecommunications companies; 7 of the largest automotive manufacturers; 5 of the largest insurance companies; both of the premier package/freight delivery companies and a number of the nationís largest retailers. The Companyís momentum in 2007 can be seen in its approximately 25 percent increase in total customers for the year compared to the same period in 2006, which represents the rapid adoption of Voviciís solutions in a number of these markets.

Validating Voviciís unique and innovative feedback solutions, the companyís Software as a Service (SaaS) bookings increased 85 percent compared with the same period in 2006.
