247recruit have announced a partnership agreement with TheBigChoice.com that will create a major new force in the online student recruitment market.

The deal involves a syndication and marketing agreement between graduate specialist TheBigChoice.com and 247ís student jobs site Activate.co.uk. Under the terms of the partnership Activate will display the full range of graduate jobs and training programmes previously only available on TheBigChoice. In return the part time and temporary student jobs currently displayed exclusively on Activate will also be displayed on TheBigChoice.

Commenting on the move, 247recruit Managing Director Andrew Bird said:

ìWe are delighted to be working with The Big Choice to bring a wider range of jobs to our growing student audience. The combined reach of the two sites means that our employer clients will now have access to a candidate database in excess of 250,000 students and graduates. There is a lot of synergy between our two companies as we are both targeting students for different types of jobs at different stages of their career.î

247recruit operates a number of specialist sites targeting students and season workers including Activate.co.uk, Adventurework.co.uk, Resortwork.co.uk and Tefl-jobs.co.uk. They are the exclusive online recruiter for hospitality jobs at The 02 Arena, Wembley Arena and the Wimbledon Championships.

The Big Choice is one of the UKís leading graduate recruitment sites with a client list that includes Bloomberg, IBM, Tesco, Rolls-Royce, NHS, Logica, Marks & Spencer and the John Lewis Partnership.
