Susie Ankrett, Director of Plum Personnel said: ìWe have worked with Solihull College for a number of years. This latest e-Type initiative is a real way to help people improve their career and employment prospects. It also offers employers a training course of real value; itís a real win-win opportunity for both employers and individuals alike.î

Studying for the course could not be easier. The courseware for the new e-Type course is available on a memory stick so learning can be undertaken at home or at work at a pace which suits the individual. Andrew Knight, the Course Tutor at Solihull College said: ìThis course delivers the skills that employers really need. After 10-hours of training an individual can expect to be using the keyboard more efficiently and after another few hours they can expect a further 25-30% increase in speed.î
