In the latest figures analysed by InterExec, unadvertised Senior Executive vacancies above £200k have lept nearly 45% in the last year.
InterExec is the UK’s leading voice on the senior executive recruitment market and the detailed analysis it produces each month of the unadvertised vacancy market reveals that between £100k and £200k base salary the job market has remained static, but above the £200k level, there is significant year on year growth of almost 45%.
“We are witnessing a very buoyant market at the top end and across a broad spectrum of industries and executive disciplines. Financial Services and Telecom / Technology are usually the areas in which we see growth but Manufacturing is looking extremely strong and there is a clear sign of major companies keen to recruit leaders at the very top of the salary scale,” comments Kit Scott-Brown, Managing Director of InterExec.
