Emapta Launches Talent Heatmap Revealing the World’s Most In-Demand Jobs

Emapta Talent Heatmap showing global roles by demand

Emapta’s new interactive Talent Heatmap maps the top roles in demand worldwide and signals where competition for specialist talent is heading.

Emapta, a pioneer in the outsourcing industry specialising in highly-skilled, AI-ready dedicated staffing and intelligent workforce transformation solutions, has introduced the Emapta Talent Heatmap™ – an interactive talent map that identifies the hottest, most in-demand jobs worldwide.

The heatmap and companion guide help organisations visualise talent demands across 10 business functions, including new and emerging AI roles, to aid in workforce planning.

Emapta also offers a companion guide that provides the top 100 roles ranked by demand across 10 business functions plus the 50 most in-demand emerging roles. Drawing on the Emapta Global Talent Demand Index™, which combines global research and job-market intelligence with Emapta’s proprietary hiring data to identify and rank in-demand roles, the guide highlights both current talent demand and the next wave of emerging roles to assist companies in understanding where to build their talent pipelines ahead of the market.

The new resource comes as organisations face growing pressure to deliver value faster while managing increasing business and technology complexity. At the same time, persistent skills gaps are making it more difficult to find the qualified, dedicated talent needed to execute business priorities. As a result, companies are increasingly looking globally to build specialised teams, access hard-to-find skills and transform their workforces.

From finance and accounting to technology, healthcare and engineering, global enterprises are increasingly outsourcing specialised – and often mission-critical – talent to accelerate growth, improve resilience and close critical skills gaps. The trend reflects a significant evolution in outsourcing: from a strategy focused primarily on cost containment and traditional back-office functions to a strategic workforce model that gives organisations access to specialised skills and global talent needed to achieve broader business objectives.

Emapta’s data shows that accounting, technology and healthcare roles are expanding most aggressively with dedicated staffing, specifically the hiring of manager and highly skilled specialist roles and leadership positions. And across all business functions, finance and accounting, engineering, data analytics, IT/tech and customer service remain the most widely outsourced. AI roles are also increasingly sought after as organisations look for specialists who can develop, implement and manage AI solutions across their operations.

The shift is particularly clear in Everest Group’s research: 58% of companies already outsource high-skill roles, and 57% plan to increase their outsourcing of high-skill roles by mid-2027. Even more striking, while only 9% of companies currently outsource managerial and leadership functions, 46% plan to increase their outsourcing of these roles over the same period.

Emapta’s staffing model enables companies to build dedicated offshore and nearshore teams that operate as true extensions of their business, with each client maintaining control of their teams. This strategic partnership model combines dedicated staffing with intelligent workforce transformation solutions designed to help organisations optimise workforce structure, prepare teams for AI-enabled work and drive measurable business results.
