session on ‘Engaging Your
Employees…Strategies that Really Work!’ in central London for professionals
working in HR, learning and development, talent management, recruitment,
marketing and internal communications. This interactive session focused on reviewing
what is currently happening in the market place and how this is impacting
attraction; retention and engagement.

organisations are doing to engage their staff and how the delegates can apply
these strategies within their organisations. Potential areas of focus
included – innovative training solutions on minimum budgets; building your
coaching skills; effective decision-making; survivor syndrome; and promoting
