Madison Black Make ERP That Bit Easier

Recruitment specialist Madison Black is pleased to announce the launch of its online ERP Case Study on the newly remodelled Madison Black website

Recruitment specialist Madison Black is pleased to announce the launch of its online ERP Case Study on the newly remodelled Madison Black website. The SAP recruitment experts have created a resource that gives a detailed evaluation of the ERP implementation at SThree Plc which one SAP FICO consultant describes as ìnot only amusing but also insightful to the newcomersî.

Madison Black is an IT recruitment consultancy specialising in candidates working in SAP. SThree Plc currently operates across 12 independent brands of which Madison Black is one. In 2006 SThree Plc decided to overhaul its back office and chose SAP as the vehicle for its ERP implementation.

ìWe created the ERP Case Study to give a frank and honest report of what an implementation is like on the inside,î explained Madison Black Managing Director Daley Thompson.

ìOur ability to know what clients are looking for, together with the inside knowledge of SThree Plcís experience meant that we were in a unique position; we were able to offer impartial information, regarding a real life circumstance that could apply to any company.

ìThey say knowledge is power - I know we wish weíd known all this beforehand!î

Madison Blackís expertise in resourcing SAP professionals provided it with particular insight into the SThree Plc ERP process. It was also responsible for recruiting many of the specialist staff who worked on the project, including Michael Bonsor, SAP Project Manager, SThree Plc.

Bonsor, a SAP expert with over a decadeís experience, described why he thinks the ERP case study is a valuable resource for anyone involved with, or planning, an ERP implementation.

ìSo many SAP projects claim to have been perfect, this case study shows the warts and all. It is far more useful for others to learn what can be a problem,î he explained. ìThere are lessons in there for everyone.î
