Wolters Kluwer UK has announced the appointment of Jon Stephenson as Director of Operations and Service Delivery with Croner.
With over 17 years of operations management experience, Jon is well set to deliver operational excellence across Cronerís business advice and consultancy service functions and has a proven track record in senior operations, contact centre management and process improvement.
Jon has demonstrated strong leadership skills throughout his career and previously held a number of senior positions with First Direct, including Head of Card Services, Head of Contact Centre and Head of Foreign Services, while his most recent role was Strategic Programme Manager.
Jon has also enjoyed a spell at NPower, as Head of Telesales and has been a successful self-employed management consultant, during which time he implemented ëleaní projects at a number of businesses.
