The RecruitRank Awards were launched in November 2005. RecruitRank is an online tool that tiers recruitment agencies on a daily basis based purely on the experiences of candidates. It recognises best practise and customer service in recruitment agencies. The finalists and winners are chosen purely on the basis of feedback (from 45,000 candidates in 2007) and not an industry panel. The Awards recognise those recruiters who have achieved the highest levels of positive feedback over a 12 month period. In 2006 iTS European was delighted to have been nominated as a finalist within RecruitRank, but being recognised as the ìBest Recruitment Agencyî overall in 2007 was an even bigger achievement.
