UKís Top Recruitment Agencies Revealed at 2007 RecruitRank Awards

UK jobseekers nominated the countryís top performing recruitment agencies for customer service at the annual Jobsite RecruitRank Awards ceremony last night. Recognising best practice and customer service in recruitment agencies, the RecruitRank Awards (www.recruitrank.co.uk) are the only industry awards based purely on feedback from jobseekers and not the traditional peer judging panel.

Launched in November 2005 by Jobsite with the aim of reducing candidate job hunting frustrations and raising industry standards, RecruitRank is an online tool that tiers recruitment agencies on a daily basis based purely on the experiences of jobseekers. It allows candidates to feed back anonymously on the quality of an agencyís service after they have applied for a vacancy advertised by them on Jobsite. In turn, recruiters have private access to this feedback which allows them to monitor, and if necessary, improve their service offering.

The RecruitRank Awards recognise those agencies with outstanding customer service, who achieved the highest levels of positive feedback over a 12 month period. Jobseekers feedback determined the winners of the 11 award categories, with the final Best Overall Recruitment Agency Award going to ITS European.

The categories and winners are:

- Best Recruitment Agency: Small Agency ñ ITS European
- Best Candidate Communication: Large Agency ñ Wynnwith Group (Technical)
- Best Candidate Communication: Small Agency ñ ITS European
- Best Industry Knowledge: Large Agency ñ Advanced Resource Managers (DES)
- Best Industry Knowledge: Small Agency ñ Roevin Management (Nottingham)
- Best Understanding of Candidate Needs: Large Agency ñ Advanced Resource Managers (T&I)
- Best Understanding of Candidate Needs: Small Agency ñ Celectus Recruitment Ltd
- Most Improved: Small Agency ñ ITS European
- Most Improved: Large Agency ñ CCS Recruitment

The awards, which are in their second year, were held on 8 November in Knightsbridge and were hosted by Sahar Hashemi, founder of the UKís first high street coffee chain; Coffee Republic, and author of the UKís best selling business book ëAnyone Can Do Ití.
