Futurehighs.co.uk makes online recruitment a top choice

Futurehighs.co.uk was launched on November 1, 2007

Futurehighs.co.uk, a job board designed to make finding and posting jobs as pain free and productive as possible, was launched on November 1, 2007.

The site encourages UK employers and recruitment agencies to become early adopters of its deliberately simple e-recruitment service by offering free listings for the remainder of 2007.

It has been designed with ease of navigation in mind, to help jobseekers and recruiters gain more accurate results from their searches, more quickly. FutureHighs synchronises information required by recruiters with that supplied by jobseekers to offer a tightly targeted recruitment resource.

Employers can opt to receive an SMS alert when a vacancy has been applied for, and an SMS alert can also be sent to jobseekers when a vacancy appears that fits their search criteria, so both parties can be kept up to date when on the move.

Robert Haigh, director of FutureHighs, says: ìIn the rush to move online, many recruitment services have lost sight of basics needed to find the right person for the right role.

ìRecruitment companies will find FutureHighsí job posting process a refreshing change from the mish-mash of pointless options and adverts many job boards have become. Seeking a new job can be stressful and it's important to get it right. With this in mind, it could not be easier for jobseekers to add their CVs to our site.

FutureHighs also recognises its social responsibility and is supporting award winning conservation charity Trees for Life in its work to restore the Caledonian Forest in the Scottish Highlands. For every 100 spent by its customers, FutureHighs will donate 15 to towards planting a grove of trees, investing in the future of Scotlandís wild forest.

Kerrigan Bell from Trees for Life, says: ìWe welcome FutureHighs on board ñ support from environmentally responsible companies is vital to our work, not only financially, but also in raising awareness of the importance of forest restoration with their customers. As FutureHighsí business grows, so will the number of new trees they can plant to grow the wild forest in Scotland for future generations.î
