Reading-based GCS IT Recruitment Specialists has been named as a finalist in three award categories in this yearís Thames Valley Business Magazine Awards for ëBusiness of the Yearí, ëEmployer of Choiceí and ëManagement Team of the Yearí.

GCS has been short-listed for ëThe Business of the Year Awardí against criteria that recognises profitability, innovation and employment, as well as the contribution made to the local economic community, and the provision of support to culture and charities in the region.

The Employer of Choice Award is an opportunity for GCS to show what differentiates it from its competitors is its commitment to winning the loyalty of its employees.

GCS has also been recognised for its innovative, enlightened and forward-thinking management style for The Business Management Team Award short-listing. The judges will be looking for the team that has created a highly successful business, or led a successful project, deal or venture.
