JobApp Network Names Board of Directors

JobApp Network Inc., a national provider of a leading subscription-based, automated phone and Internet hourly recruiting solution, has announced its board of directors.

The new board will be comprised of four outside directors, including Managing Director of Vineyard Capital Group, Richard Helppie; General Partner of Insight 2811, Joe Nathan; Chairman of Credential Check Corp., Steven Smith and Mike Soignet, a 26-year veteran in the quick-service restaurant industry. Fred Nussbaum, JobAppís Chief Executive Officer, was also named as a director.

ìThis board will provide world-class governance, advisory and industry expertise to JobApp Network,î said Nussbaum.

Richard Helppie, chairman of the board, is the Founder and Managing Director of Vineyard Capital Group, the private equity and advisory firm, which led the financial backing of JobApp Network, Inc. Helppie was the Founder and CEO of Superior Consultant Holdings Corporation, a Michigan-based IT outsourcing provider to the healthcare industry. Under Helppieís leadership, Superior Consultant grew to over 1,400 employees and was acquired by Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. in 2005.

Joe Nathan, outside director and former president and chief operating officer of Compuware Corp., is presently General Partner of Insight 2811 TE, a $200 million growth capital fund, and Chairman of the Board of Applied Printed Electronics Holdings.

Outside Director Steven Smith is the Chairman of Credential Check Corp., a leading provider of pre-employment screening services, and serves as the President of Summit Group Advisors, LLC, a provider of strategic planning systems and executive support for owners and CEOs that seek dramatic growth or change. Smith previously served as the President of Smith Security Corporation, which was acquired by Securitas AB in 2000.

Mike Soignet, another outside director, is a 26-year veteran in the Quick Service Restaurant industry. His background includes experience in Franchise Operations, Food Distribution and Manufacturing, R&D, Quality Assurance and Procurement. Most recently he held the position of EVP of Franchise Operations, Distribution and Procurement for Domino's Pizza, the worldís largest pizza delivery company. He also serves on the Board of Regents of Ava Maria University.

Fred Nussbaum, currently the Chief Executive Officer of JobApp Network, Inc., will also serve as a director on the board. Nussbaum is an experienced software executive, having served in a variety of key leadership roles at a number of successful, high growth companies, including most recently at Clarity Technologies.
