Harvey Nash opens Denmark office

Harvey Nash today strengthened their Scandinavian presence

Harvey Nash today strengthened their Scandinavian presence by opening a new office in Copenhagen, Denmark. The Denmark operation will be led by Henrik Kaiser Aarre, who assumes the title Country Manager.

The new office is part of the groupís strategy to develop the business throughout the Nordic region. Denmark is the second Scandinavian country to gain a Harvey Nash presence in 2007 after Harvey Nashís acquisition earlier this year of Swedenís largest Executive Search organisation, Alumni.

Alumni can already boast a strong market position in the Oresund region between Sweden and Denmark. The new office in Copenhagen fulfils the demand from both clients and candidates for an integrated Oresund partner, who can offer the full Harvey Nash service offering with both Swedish and Danish management expertise.

Magnus Tegborg, who is Managing Director of Harvey Nash Nordic, which includes the newly acquired Alumni, said ìwe are very excited about the potential for Harvey Nash Executive Search in Denmark. In Henrik we have hired a vastly experienced industry leader and we are looking forward to making a big impact in the positive and growing Executive Search environment over the next 12 months.î

Denmark Country Manager, Henrik Kaiser Aarre said ìAs a global professional recruitment and outsourcing consultancy, Harvey Nash has a great opportunity to grow in the Danish Executive Search market. There is a wealth of executive talent waiting to be tapped, as well as a desire by ambitious Danish firms to attract the best people and most innovative outsourcing techniques.î
