Further heavyweight backing comes from Bernard Galton, HR Director, at the Welsh Assembly Government: ìThe Welsh Assembly Government has worked with Welsh Recruitment since its inception. Welsh Recruitment is unique in its approach to the recruitment market and it is satisfying to know that there is a publication specifically targeting the needs of Wales and highlighting the range of Welsh employment opportunities available. We have been particularly impressed by the level of coverage and the online and digital facilities and these are amongst the reasons why we have committed to being a working partner with this organisation.î

Marcella Maxwell, Chief Executive of Chwarae Teg, the organisation leading Wales in supporting, developing and expanding the role of women in the Welsh economy, also shares her views on the new publication: ìInside Welsh Recruitment will be a welcome addition for the HR sector in Wales, and for the large proportion of people working in SMEs and micro-businesses in Wales who have responsibility for the management and development of people. We are very excited to be involved with this venture and look forward to working with Welsh Recruitment to develop Walesí first news-led HR publication.î

Mark Powney, Business Development Manager of Welsh Recruitment, says: ìOur vision was to create a HR magazine that represents the Welsh HR industry and is easily accessible to all.
