Harrison Drury Solicitors has helped a construction recruitment company with a turnover of 6.7 million expand their business.
The Preston-based law firm advised Bromakís management team on signing a lease for a 2,000 square foot property on Oxford Road in Manchester.
The new premises will see the companyís Manchester team double from eight to 15 staff in the next 12 months.
Established four years ago, Bromak recruits and places staff including developers, contractors and sub-contractors from its offices in Manchester, Preston, Bolton, Leeds and Newcastle-under-Lyme. Its client list boasts many of the countryís leading companies involved in the building industry including George Wimpey, Laing OíRourke and Lovell Plc.
Bromak director Dave Brooks said: ìWe had outgrown our Deansgate office and felt we needed a bigger facility in the heart of the City. Being near the train station makes it easily accessible for clients and candidates which will hopefully mean we continue to expand.
ìHarrison Drury was invaluable in helping us secure the new lease and they are now guiding us through the same process as we move from Huddersfield to a prime location in Leeds in an attempt to have the same presence in Yorkshire as we currently do in the North West.î
Harrison Drury managing partner, John Chesworth said: ìBromak has expanded quickly in a short time and has become the preferred recruitment services supplier to a number of the construction industryís top names.
ìThe new office will cement their position in Manchester and hopefully lead to further growth.î
