Cytiva Software Inc, a provider of on-demand recruiting software solutions, announced today the availability of new interactive forms for SonicLaunch, the onboarding module to their leading SonicRecruit recruiting software.
With the new feature, SonicRecruit clients can pre-populate I-9 and W-4 Forms with personalized employee data and send them to new hires as part of their onboarding process. New hires can complete the forms and add an electronic signature, making this time consuming task completely paperless.
The entire process, along with other onboarding tasks like welcome letters, training materials, hiring paperwork, orientation meetings, furniture, phones, computers, security badges, network access and more, is initiated and tracked to completion from within the SonicLaunch module.
