Northwestern Universityís Forum for People Performance Management and Measurement has honored Nordson Corporation (Nasdaq: NDSN) with its 2006 Performance Through People Award.
The award formally recognizes Nordsonís commitment to the principles of people performance management (PPM) and the companyís ability to align, integrate, and optimize the role that all its employees worldwide play in helping meet customer needs and achieve organizational objectives.
Nordsonís Vice President of Human Resources Bruce Fields accepted the award during the Forumís first national conference on people performance management, recently held at McCormick Center South in conjunction with Marketing Days and The Motivation Show.
