Moto Hospitality Ltd, has chosen to outsource its payroll to Northgate HR for the next 5 years.
Moto has been an integral part of Britainís motorway network since 2001, with a mission to provide customers with first rate facilities when they take a break from their journey.
The contract worth 495,000 will see Northgate HR take on responsibility for paying Motoís 4,500 employees at 48 sites across the UK. Existing payroll staff will provide first line helpdesk support to employees with queries about their pay.
Moto wanted a low risk transition period with realistic objectives. Following a full review of the market, they opted for Northgate HRís managed payroll solution.
