Computers In Personnel Hires New Head of Client Management

Computers In Personnel (CIP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracy Davies as Head of Client Management to the organisation. Davies will focus on developing strategic relationships with CIPís 500 existing clients and support its business development drive on behalf of the HR software and systems provider.

Davies is an experienced HR/recruitment professional and sales consultant who has worked for a number of organisations including Resourcing Solutions. Her experience in sales, and former career in HR will ensure CIPís customers benefit from applying the latest technology and techniques for managing challenging HR issues.

With a strong background in services, Davies started her career in customer service and training before moving to recruitment and finally sales. This provided her with opportunities to regularly talk to senior HR professionals and gain an insight into their needs and challenges.
