First Advantage HMS will use the SoftWorld HR and Payroll show to showcase its latest award-winning hiring management systems, formerly known as Projectix. The show marks the first anniversary of First Advantage Corporationís acquisition of US-based Recruiternet, Inc. First Advantage HMS is part of the First Advantage Employer Services segment, which also offers background screening, drug-free workplace programs, tax credits screening and online recruiting solutions.

Visitors will see on-stand demonstrations of how the First Advantage HMS solution supports applicant tracking and candidate management across an organisation. The cross-frontier capabilities will also be on show, with the solution offering 13 standard language translations and complete localisation of the data scheme.
