This yearís Summit theme was Achieving Competitive Advantage through Teamwork, where VE customers shared best practices and discussed talent strategies and initiatives that improve business performance and provide competitive advantage. The VE Power Summit provided opportunities to gain new talent management insights that customers can use to power recruiting success. Through a variety of networking opportunities, VirtualEdge customers, partners, HR industry experts and thought leaders were able to network and share their knowledge and experience on a variety of topics, including global recruiting implementations; managing and developing critical talent pools; reviewing VEís next release and product roadmap; and more.

Attending the Summit were VE customers representing a broad range of industries, including Banking and Financial Services; Pharmaceutical; Health Products and Services; and Technology.

This yearís first-day Summit keynote was delivered by Bo Burlingham, editor at large at Inc. magazine and author of new book Small Giants. Boís presentation provided the standing room only crowd, valuable insight by looking deeply at what makes some companies great, going the extra mile for its customers and the importance of taking care of its employees.
