Freeth Cartwright has expanded its employment team with the appointment of senior associate, Rena Magdani.
Rena joins the firmís employment team, which is ranked as a regional leader by the internationally recognised guide to law firms - the Legal 500, with over ten years experience of advising on all areas of employment law.

Rena attended Guildford College of Law following her law degree at Leicester University. Training and working with other leading law firms in the Midlands region, she has developed considerable experience in advising on the employment aspects of substantial corporate transactions including business reorganisations, redundancies and the TUPE regulations.
In addition, Rena also advises on contentious and non-contentious employment law, including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims, drafting contracts, policies and procedures. Her main challenge in this new role will be to keep clients abreast of the constant changes in employment legislation.
