New Sponsors For Sale Sharks

Warren Partners, the Northwich-based executive search company, has been named as an official sponsor of Sale Sharks RUFC for the season 2006/2007.

The sponsorship agreement ensures continued investment into the team, based at Edgeley Park, which lifted the Guinness Premiership Final to become the first league leaders to capture the Play Off trophy. Under the agreement, the playersí kit and the ground will be branded with the Warren Partners logo.

Founded in 1861 as Sale Football Club, Sale Sharks gained promotion to English rugbyís top flight in 1994, and this year claimed the Guinness Premiership title for the first time.

The club moved to its current home of Edgeley Park in 2003, and boasts current and former England internationals including Mark Cueto, Charlie Hodgson and World Cup winner Jason Robinson.
