Extended DISC UK are launching a research panel

Extended DISC UK are launching a research panel with purpose of researching a number of different areas in relation to Extended DISC personal analysis profile. We are looking for members of the panel who would be prepared to complete a short survey research questioniaire every few months using the Extended DISC online research and survey tools . A report will then be complied each month with the findings. The research report will be relevant HR personell and consultants and in return for their contribution the panel will get to see the reports first.

Some of the topics we will be researching are:

Attitudes to work life balance
Employee loyalty/ length of time in roles
Motivation
Teamwork
Internal promotions
Company culture/industries
