HireAbility and Engenium Sign Partnership Agreement Co-Marketing Their Solutions

ALEX Resume Processing Pairs with Semetric Search Technology as Engenium Opens New Sales Channels

HireAbility announced today that it signed a partnership agreement with Engenium(r), the recognized leader in conceptual search technology. Under the agreement, the companies will co-market their solutions: HireAbilityís ALEX(sm) resume processing technology, and Engeniumís Semetric(r) search and clustering tools. The agreement heralds the opening of Engeniumís channels to multiple partners for marketing its solutions in the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) space.

The natural fit between ALEX and Semetric will enable end users to efficiently and accurately capture structured contextual resume data and use that data to achieve highly precise search results. ALEXís ability to deliver and Semetricís ability to utilize HR-XML formatted data, streamlines implementation of the combined solution.

ìIn evaluating search technology, it is important to evaluate the resume parser technology separately from the search technology to assure that the data going in is as accurate as possible. With ALEX and Semetric, our shared customers have a very powerful and accurate solution,î commented Ken Smith, Director of Business Development for HireAbility.

Customers turn to the Semetric product suite and to HireAbilityís ALEX because of their breakthrough precision and high performance, as well as their speed of deployment and ease of integration. ALEX completes millions of processes in under a second - quickly and accurately yielding structured data that makes search engines even more powerful. Deriving meaning from candidate information by mapping relationships between each and every word in a document set, Semetric increases search capabilities and identifies qualified candidates instantly that otherwise would have been missed.

ìEngenium is continually looking for ways to expand its market presence, and we are excited about the opportunities that HireAbility brings,î remarked David Chaplin, CEO of Engenium. ìWe want Semetric to be the search technology of choice within the HR market.î
