Archer Young, a reward, recognition, motivation and travel company, is growing its marketing communications department with the appointments of Darren Lewis and Rachal Buller.
Darren Lewis joins Archer Young as Director of Marketing Communications following nine years at Grass Roots UK where he held the position of Project Director. His past achievements include the successful launch of a major reward and recognition programme within seven weeks of being awarded the contract, as well as the launch of an EMEA incentive programme.
He will now be managing the O2 Lifeline Challenge Programme for Archer Young. This new initiative aims to raise 250,000 for charity by persuading O2 employees to take part in a variety of site and individual challenges up and down the country.
Rachal Buller joins Archer Young as an Account Manager in the marketing and communications team following two, two-year stints at the Janet Sealy Partnership and most recently at Talking Point Ltd. She has also worked on a number of creative programmes, projects and events for clients including Gillette, Sony and H.J. Heinz.
