Analysis Aptitude: Unsupervised Screening
An online 18 minute test, combining three six minute assessments of verbal analysis, numerical analysis and diagrammatic analysis.
This test is for use in selection (screening) and development.
The test gives a composite measure of analysis aptitude and the report details test taking style and sub-scores on the three elements of verbal, numerical and diagrammatic analysis.
Analysis Aptitude: Supervised Verification
This is a verification test and follows the same format, combining three six minute assessments of verbal, numerical and diagrammatic analyses. This test can be administered online or hard copy and as a parallel version you have the security of cross-referenced results.
In selection, where analysis aptitudes are important to the role, it is essential that a supervised verification test is used to follow up on online screening. This is relevant at the second or hiring stage of the recruitment process once the number of applicants has been reduced.
