The European recruitment company has appointed Emily Dean after she impressed Collingwood bosses with her experience in human resources management.
Now the successful business, which has its head office in Northwich, Cheshire, will be able to offer a one-stop-shop recruitment service.

The 34-year-old added: ìI have a lot of experience in human resources so I understand what makes a good employee. I also have solid experience in recruitment, so I have seen it from both sides of the fence.
ìI can bring a lot to the job, and it will undoubtedly be of great benefit to the clients.

Emily previously worked at Martineau Johnson Solicitors, in Birmingham, where she started as an HR Officer and was quickly promoted to Senior HR Projects Consultant.
