Nevis Healthcare appoints Managing Director

Nevis Healthcare, the specialist nursing and care recruitment agency, has appointed recruitment expert, Kevin Farr, as Managing Director of the company.

Healthcare recruitment is one of the most taxing forms of recruitment. There is a consistent shortage of nurses and more jobs than nurses to fill them. As a result, it requires someone with a proven healthcare recruitment background or an experienced healthcare professional to ensure the best results for the nurses and the clients.

Kevin Farr has 12 years experience in the recruitment industry and five years experience in healthcare recruitment. He was previously Sales Director at Allied Healthcare, where he was responsible for establishing a sales division within the company. At Nevis Healthcare, Kevin will manage Nevis Healthcareís 11 national branches and will be responsible for three area managers and twenty consultants.
