Jobs website localjobsearch.co.uk is offering all registered charities in the UK the opportunity to advertise their vacancies for staff and volunteers completely free of charge.

Abi Mellor, manager of localjobsearch.co.uk said: ìMy staff came up with the idea of doing something for charities, and this seemed like the obvious starting point.

ìMy career background is in the Charity sector and so their idea really touched a nerve.
