New Job analysis feature for PROFILE:MATCH

PROFILE:MATCH, the innovative menu driven online assessment system, now incorporates a new job analysis system that is FREE to registered users ñ the CSQ. To set up an online assessment, PROFILE:MATCH users simply select the competencies they wish to assess from the PROFILE:MATCH competency library. Now, if they need assistance with those decisions, CSQ provides it. The CSQ is an online job analysis questionnaire that can be completed by any number of people. All they need is an informed view about the role in question (HR, shop-floor manger or supervisor, someone currently in that role). The PROFILE:MATCH system analyses all these responses and presents key competencies in order of priority.
