Creative Portal opens the door to recuitment agencies

The Creative Portal has been designed for independent consultants to work autonomously

Chairman of Alport Portal Limited, Jon Alport, is looking to invite a limited number of senior recruitment consultants, who currently work within the creative industry, to license his companyís dynamic talent management system.

The Creative Portal has been designed for independent consultants to work autonomously. By using the operating system they can to interact in a unique way with clients, candidates and other independent Portal Partners worldwide.

Ultimately, a total of 32 consultants will come together to create a truly global recruitment service to the creative industry. It is anticipated that each of the 13 sectors of design will be individually represented amongst the portal partners.

Candidates register themselves onto The Creative Portal by providing a succinct and specific combination of information that leads to the operating system creating a bespoke candidate profileí. Potential employers can view, at a glance, the candidateís full portfolio, five pieces of their best work with commentary, resume; references; and answers to three specific industry related questions. Guidance is given at every stage of the process so that agencies are presented with an ëexecutive snapshotí that instantly ëspeaks to themí, giving candidates the opportunity to showcase their work far more effectively than ever before.

Candidates are still met, screened and mentored before they ëgo liveí on the operating system, ensuring a consistent quality and selection of the best talent available.

ëProfilesí are then exposed and matched to the on-going design briefs entered by clients worldwide each of whom have dedicated, secure folders on system. These folders are regularly furnished with job-specific candidates, or by those considered to be uniquely on-brandí. Agencies are able to bank talent for both freelance and permanent roles. Freelancers are also given the capability to schedule their future availability within a transparent calendar to assist in agency planning.

Recruitment fees are similar to those charged by traditional recruitment agencies. However, by using The Creative Portal design agencies are given access to a highly effective human resources system, which will enable them to manage their future talent intake.
