During the last 2 years more than 36,000 jobs have been posted onto the website.

Michelle, 34, said: ìItís been a very tough, but also immensely satisfying, two years with plenty of hard work, passion, resilience and a few tears. For new businesses, the second anniversary is always regarded as quite a milestone so itís good to have that successfully under our belt.î

Despite the companyís success, Michelle only directly employs one other member of staff although there are plans to take on a third person later this year.
