i-GRasp - First Choice for e-recruitment

i-GRasp are pleased to announce that First Choice holidays are the latest client to implement i-GRaspís market leading e-recruitment solution GlobalSuccessor.

First Choice holidays have 14,000 employees across a number of different brands. They recruit over 2000 hires a year for a variety of roles, from professional and sales to seasonal holiday reps.

First Choice holidays operate in a fast changing marketplace ñ as a result of this the project involved a number of complex issues which needed to be managed simultaneously in order to achieve a smooth and timely implementation.

The implementation was managed in parallel with a major change management programme which was geared towards completely re-engineering their recruitment processes. A single version of GlobalSuccessor was required to support multiple brands and a tight time schedule meant that the implementation has taken just 7 weeks.
