Previously, Medd was the chief technology officer of CareerSite Corporation where he led development of the first, full-featured, Web-based e-recruiting system for the last ten years. Medd received his B.S.E. in Computer Engineering at the University of Michigan. He has 25 years of experience in software system design, development and management and small business development.
