The Garnett Foundation has teamed up with Mark Saxton to develop their private sector business.
The Garnett Foundation has strong public sector links and improves organisational performance by delivering innovative and memorable productions that dramatically change the way individuals interact with each other, their customers and their communities. Mark worked with them to deliver imaginative and effective diversity training to over 3000 employees in Arriva plc, including all members of the Main Board.
Mark has established a business, The Ballintrae Partnership, that focuses on enhancing organisational and individual capability. Prior to this Mark had been Group HR director for Arriva plc for 5 years and was with Cadbury Schweppes for 12 years in the UK, Spain, USA and Austria. He has a BA from the University of Western Australia and an M.sc from the University of Bath.
